This rental application requires payment of a $66.60 applicant screening charge ($60.00 + $1.50 sales tax + $5.10 convenience fee)

You must pay all charges with a credit card online during the application process. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

If you do not have a credit card, or wish to pay using another method, please contact the property and make other arrangements.

NOTE: Each adult who will reside in the unit, and each co-signer or guarantor, must complete their own application and pay the applicant screening charge.
