• Primary applicant: $54.95
• Spouse/roommate: $54.95
• Guarantor/co-signer: $54.95

You must pay all charges with a credit card online during the application process. We accept 
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover (not American Express).
 

 

NOTE: Each adult who will reside in the unit, and each co-signer or guarantor, must complete their own application and pay the applicant screening charge.
