Thank you for your interest in Keizer Station!

We are in the midst of transitioning our online application screening platform to reduce our applicant's up front costs. This is making the application process a bit tricky, in order to receive your rental application you will be required to enter your credit card information. There will be a pending charge for $35.00, however please note that this transaction will not post to your account. Once your application is received, the leasing team will send you a new link to pay for the $35 screening fee. 

If you do not have a credit card, or wish to pay using another method, please contact Keizer Station directly and make other arrangements.

 

NOTE: Each adult who will reside in the unit, and each co-signer or guarantor, must complete their own application and pay the applicant screening charge.
