This rental application requires payment of a $50.00 screening charge which you must pay.  You will not be asked to  to pay it here to complete the online application.  Payment will need to be received before your application will be accepted

You can pay in person to the community leasing office by check, cashier's check or money order.

 

NOTE: Each adult who will reside in the unit, and each co-signer or guarantor, must complete their own application and pay the applicant screening charge.
