Welcome to the online application for Realty Management Advisors, Oregon Inc.

NOTE: Each adult who will reside in the unit, and each co-signer or guarantor, must complete their own application and pay the applicant screening charge.

Please read our rental criteria posted on our website before applying.

The application fee will be paid online after you submit your application and only if you are set up to be first in line for the property.

In order for your application to be complete and placed in line for the property, you must include:

1. Every person 18 and older must submit an application

2. 2 forms of ID from each applicant (see rental criteria for options)

3. Income verification from each applicant showing the most recent 2 months of verifiable income

4. 3 years of rental history from each applicant

5. 3 years of employment history from each applicant

6. You must view the property

7. If you have a pet: a picture of your pet, your license for the pet, vet paperwork confirming your pet's age and weight, proving that they are spayed/neutered, and showing that their vaccinations are up to date

8. If you have an emotional support animal or a service animal (ESA): a picture of your animal, documentation showing that your animal is an ESA, vet paperwork confirming your animal's age and weight, and showing that their vaccinations are up to date

9. If you do not have sufficient rental history, this may result in a higher deposit

10. If you do not meet the income qualifications, you may need a cosigner

You will not be placed in line for the property if you do not have all of these things.
