Screening Charge: $57.90
The resident selection criteria may include factors such as criminal history, credit history, current income verification and rental history. If you provide inaccurate or incomplete information, your application may be rejected. Applicants are subject to a non-refundable holding fee of $200.00, calculated at three days of per diem rent of the least expensive monthly unit rent, and due within 24 hours of application approval. Holding fees are applied towards the unit security deposit upon move-in and will be forfeit if the applicant cancels more than 72 hours after application approval or fails to take possession of the unit upon the scheduled move in date. A non-refundable administrative fee of $150.00, calculated based on our time and expense for procuring and processing your lease, is due at time of move-in. You will be contacted by a leasing representative within 72 hours of receipt of your completed application with an acceptance status. All verification requests are subject to electronic review and are completed by a third party to ensure validity.

Welcome to the online application for Reve Boulder! The processing of this rental application requires a payment in the amount of $57.90 per applicant for application screening charges, which will be allocated as follows:

$52.95 to Western Screening to obtain consumer reports and criminal record search results

$4.95 to Tenant Tech for payment processing expenses

*If you qualify for Subsidized Housing the application fee will be $51.90 per applicant (allocated as $46.95 to Western Screening and $4.95 to Tenant Tech for payment processing expenses.

Pursuant to Colorado law, your card will not be billed for the above referenced fee earlier than 24 hours after you have been notified of your application approval. All adult occupants over the age of 18 who will reside in the unit, as well as each co-signer or guarantor, must complete their own application and pay the application screening charge. All charges must be paid online at the time of application. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. If you do not have an available credit card, or wish to pay with an alternative form of payment, please contact the Reve Boulder team for further instruction.
