Thank you for applying to rent online! To make this process go as smoothly as possible, please review the below.

Each resident 18 years of age or older must complete an Application to Rent and pay a $55.00* Applicant Screening Charge before we are able to hold a home for you or place you in line for a home.* The applicant screening charge is subject to a $4.95 credit card processing fee and is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Multiple applications for a specific property or unit will be processed on a date and time basis. The first complete Application(s) with Screening Charges taken will be processed and if approved, any secondary applications and all unprocessed screening charges will be returned.

Application processing times can take up to 48 business hours from the initial submission of your application. The system will send a confirmation email once the system has received your application fee payment. Our application department hours are: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday. After reviewing your application, we will send you an email letting you what position your application is in line.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION AND PAYING YOUR APPLICATION FEE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR APPLICATION GROUP MAY BE IN A BACKUP POSITION, AND THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE OF $4.95 PER APPLICATION IS NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. IF YOUR APPLICATION FEE IN THE AMOUNT OF $55.00 IS REFUNDED BACK TO YOU, IT IS BECAUSE YOU EITHER CANCELED YOUR APPLICATION AS A BACKUP POSITION APPLICANT OR THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN SECURED BY THE FIRST POSITION APPLICANT GROUP AND THE PROPERTY IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.
