Prior Agreements. This document and the Rental Screening Criteria on the attached pages is the entire, final, and complete agreement of the parties pertaining to the Application to Rent and supersedes and replaces all written and oral agreements heretofore made or existing by and between the parties or their representatives insofar as the Application to Rent or the Rental Agreed Premises are concerned.
