Once your application is received, the leasing team will send you a link to pay the $45 screening fee. If you do not have a credit card or wish to pay using another method, please contact The Heights Team directly to make other arrangements.

A copy of your photo ID and all proof of income documents need to be attached to your application prior to it being submitted.

NOTE: Each adult who will reside in the unit, and each co-signer or guarantor, must complete their own application and pay the applicant screening charge.
