Notes and Fees

Screening Charge: $69.90
Most applications are completed within 48-72 hours after submittal.
Rental Application Addendum
*Occupancy standards are 2 persons per bedroom, however infants under 2 will not be counted as occupants.
Deposit Levels:
1. Meets Requirements $500.00
2. Conditional Deposits equivalent to 1- Months Rent SEE CRITERIA
3. Execution Deposit requires a $500.00 down payment within 48 hours to hold the unit

Pet Policy limits all unit pet capacity to 2 pets per unit.
Pet weight is not restricted.
Pet Breed Restrictions include:
-Rottweiler
- Doberman Pinscher
- Dalmatians
- Staffordshire Terrier.
Note: Other aggressive breeds may be disqualified in addition to those listed above.
All animals must be pre-approved by management, have current vaccinations, a current license with Jefferson County and previous references may be required.

Additional Security Deposit Required
250.00 for 1st pet
200.00 for 2nd pet

Pet Rent $35.00 for (1); $50.00 (2).

All persons over 18 will need to be screened separately.

Our entire property is non-smoking. All smoking must be off-site at a minimum of 10-Foot off the property.

The cost of the application processing fee is $64.95 ($60.00 application fee, $4.95 handling fee). Application fees can only be paid by credit card, the system will accept: Visa, Master Card, Discover.

Note: Each person, co-signer or guarantor over the age of 18 years of age must complete their own application and pay the application screening fee.
