Welcome to the online application for Tuscaro Apartments.

This rental application requires payment of a $49.95 applicant screening charge.

You must pay all charges with a credit card online during the application process. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover (not American Express).

If you do not have a credit card, or wish to pay using another method, please contact the property and make other arrangements.

NOTE: Each adult who will reside in the unit, and each co-signer or guarantor, must complete their own application and pay the applicant screening charge.

For households who utilize a housing voucher, please include the voucher as part of your income on this application along with the amount of the voucher. In compliance with California SB 267, applicants who receive government rent subsidies have the option of providing, within a reasonable amount of time, verifiable and legitimate evidence of their ability to pay their portion of the rent instead of obtaining a credit report. If you wish to provide alternative evidence of your ability to pay your portion of the rent, please inform management at the time of application and provide this alternative evidence to management within 5 business days of submitting your application.
