We are amid transitioning our online application screening platform to reduce our applicant's upfront costs. This is making the application process a bit tricky; to receive your rental application, you will be required to enter your credit card information. There will be a pending charge for $35.00, however please note that this transaction will not post to your account. Once your application is received, the leasing team will send you a new link to pay for the $35 screening fee. 

If you do not have a credit card, or wish to pay using another method, please contact Columbia View directly and make other arrangements.

 

NOTE: Each adult who will reside in the unit, and each co-signer or guarantor, must complete their own application and pay the applicant screening charge.
