Application Process (First Come, First Serve) members of the household over 18 must apply. You may apply at any time. We do not pre-screen applicants. A Background Check will be pulled immediately and you will be charged a non-refundable screening fee upon applying. We process on a first come, first serve basis.

Applications generally take 2-4 business days to process, if your landlord and employer are very responsive. Tell your employer and landlord to expect a call and that they need to reply ASAP.
