Screening Charge: $51.25
- Application fee(s) must be manually dropped off at the Living Room office located at 421 SE 10th Ave, Portland 97214. A drop box is located by the front door for after-hours dropped off.
- 12-month lease
- 2 Pets permitted, cats/dogs only. $50 monthly pet rent per pet.
- Garbage/Recycling: Included in the rent
- Landscape Maintenance: Included in rent
- Water/Sewer: Tenant Responsibility
- Electricity: Tenant Responsibility
- Gas: Tenant Responsibility
- Renter's Liability Insurance in the amount of $100,000 required
- Move in availability: Lease is required to begin within two weeks of applying
- Co-signer & Guarantors are not permitted
