Notes and Fees

Screening Charge: $50.00 plus convenience fees, if applicable.

Please upload one piece of id with your application. Acceptable forms of id are listed in the screening criteria.

If you are submitting a "financially responsible" application, please upload proof of income. Two most recent pay stubs preferred.

The application cannot be processed without this information.

If you are currently or have recently rented, upon submission of your application, please notify your current/most recent landlord/property manager that they may release a rental reference to Pearl Property Management.

Upon receipt of your application, PPM will review it and send you a link to pay the application fee. Upon payment of the fee PPM will forward your application for processing.

If application is approved, applicant will have 48 hours to execute a rental agreement.
