Screening Charge: $60.00

*Occupancy standards are 2 persons per bedroom however infants under 2 will not be counted

Deposit Levels: Meets Requirements $500.00; Conditional Deposits Equal to 1-Months Rent
Execution Deposit: $500.00 down required within 48 hours to hold the unit.

Pet Policy
Cats/Dogs 2 Maximum
No Weight Limits
4 Breed Restrictions including Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Dalmatians, and Staffordshire Terrier. Other aggressive breeds may be disqualified.
All dogs must be pre-approved by Management and previous references may be required.

Dogs must be well-behaved, licensed, vaccinated, and owners are responsible for immediately picking up all waste. Full pet policy available upon request.

Additional Security Deposit Required

500.00 for 1st Pet
500.00 additional for 2nd Pet

Pet Rent $35.00 for Cat and $35.00 Dog. .

All persons over 18 will need to be screened separately.

Utility Billing:
Water/ Sewer/Garbage Utilities: Billed Separately
Early Lease Termination Fee: = 1.5 times the rent
Dishonored Check Fee: $35 + Any bank imposed fees
The following will be accessed a $50 fine after an initial warning:
• Late Payment of a Utility
• Failure to Clean Pet Waste
• Failure to Clean Garbage / Rubbish / Littering
• Parking Violations / Other Improper Use of Vehicles
Smoke / Carbon Monoxide Alarm Tampering Fee: $250
Late Charge (Late Rent Payment Fee): $100 after midnight on the 5th
