Notes and Fees

Screening Charge: $40.00
NOTE: A complete application consists of all the documented requested below along with this application

1. Upload the following documents with this application.
(a) Copy of driver’s license
(b) Copy of Social Security card (if no SSN show other proof of ID such as an ITIN#, work/student visa, passport etc.)
(c) Last 3 months of pay stubs
(d) Last 3 months of bank statements

2. Once the paperwork is submitted a criminal, eviction and a credit check process will be initiated. The fee is paid directly by applicant directly to TransUnion.

3. Once the rental criteria is met, the application is conditionally approved, the lease signing along with a payment of the security deposit and rent needs to happen within 72-hours (3-days) to secure the home. If we do not get an agreement signed and payment we will continue to process other applications on the property.
(a) Review and sign lease, all adults need to be present
(b) Bring cashier’s check for security deposit made out to RoseCity Prop. Mgmt Services
(c) Bring cashier’s check for rent made out to RoseCity Prop. Mgmt Services

4. Prior to Move-in:
(a) If you have been permitted to have animal(s) please provide a recent photo
(b) Email Renter’s Liability Insurance with RoseCity Property Management Services added as an interested party
(b) Email the utility account numbers for Gas, Electricity, and Water & Sewer

5. Move-in:
(a) Receive keys for home, keys for mailbox, and the garage remote(s) on the move-in day
(b) Complete and sign move-in inspection form within 1 week of move-in
