Screening Charge: $55.00
Thank you for your interest in applying for one of our available rental homes.

Before proceeding with the application, we kindly request you to carefully review the information below.
Should you have any inquiries or require assistance during this process, please don't hesitate to reach out to our office at 503.245.8022, and press 2 when prompted by the digital receptionist.

For every resident aged 18 years or older, we require completion of an Application to Rent, along with the submission of photo ID, proof of income, and a non-refundable $55.00* Applicant Screening Charge. Please note that the screening charge is subject to a $4.95 credit card processing fee.

Co-signers are only permitted to apply after your application has been screened and the screening company returns a recommendation that includes the option for a co-signer.
To pay the applicant screening fees, we accept online payments, cashier's checks, or money orders only. However, for security deposits, we strictly accept cashiers' checks or money orders and do not accept cash payments.

Applications for specific properties or units are processed in the order of their receipt. The first complete application(s) with screening charges will be given priority. If approved, any secondary applications and all unprocessed screening charges of $55.00 will be promptly returned.

Please note that operating any business from the homes under our management is strictly prohibited. We do not grant reservations or prioritize applications based on additional questions or special requests, unless mutually agreed upon by the applicants and the landlord.

Additionally, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy in any of the homes, condos, or townhomes we manage.
Regarding pets, the term "No pets" includes all living creatures of any kind or size, such as goldfish, hamsters, reptiles, dogs, cats, ferrets, and more.
