Please note that the screening charge is subject to a $4.95 credit card processing fee.
Co-signers will be considered only when the screening company has approved an applicant for a co-signer.

We only accept online payments, cashier's checks, or money orders to pay the application screening fees. We ONLY accept cashiers' checks or money orders and do not accept cash payments for security deposits.

Applications for specific properties or units are processed according to receipt. The first complete application(s) with screening charges will be given priority. If approved, any secondary applications and all unprocessed screening charges of $55.00 will be promptly returned.

Please note that operating any business from the homes under our management is strictly prohibited. << Restrictions apply.

We do not grant reservations or prioritize applications based on additional questions or special requests unless mutually agreed upon by the applicants and the landlord.

Additionally, we enforce a strict no-smoking and vaping policy in any homes, condos, or townhomes we manage.

Regarding pets, the term "No pets" includes all living creatures of any kind or size, such as goldfish, hamsters, reptiles, dogs, cats, ferrets, and more.
