Welcome to the online application for 12618 NW Barnes Road Unit 11, Portland, OR 97229!
 
To apply for a home, each resident who is 18 years or older must complete an Application to Rent and pay a non-refundable Applicant Screening Charge of $55.00, subject to a $4.95 credit card processing fee.

If multiple applications are received for the same property or unit, the first complete Application(s) with Screening Charges received will be processed. If approved, any secondary applications and unprocessed screening charges will be returned. Processing times can take up to 48 business hours from the initial submission of your Application, and you will receive an email confirmation once the application fee payment is received.

Please note that the credit card processing fee of $4.95 per application is non-refundable under any circumstance. When submitting your application and paying the fee, you understand that your application group may be in a backup position. If your application fee is refunded, it is either because you canceled your application as a backup position applicant or because the first position applicant group has secured the property, which is no longer available. Application fees are non-refundable for first-position applicants.

Before you begin your application, please ensure you have the following documents ready:

    A current photo ID
    Proof of income (Please refer to our screening criteria for acceptable forms of proof of income)

To provide proof of income, you must submit the following:

   
    For those paid weekly: Four of the most recent paycheck stubs dated within the last four weeks. The document must be submitted without alteration and in its entirety, in PDF form only. Screenshots will not be accepted.
    For those paid bi-weekly or twice a month: The most recent two paychecks dated within the last four weeks in their entirety in PDF form only. Screenshots will not be accepted.
    For those paid monthly: The most recent paycheck stub dated within the last four weeks. The document must be submitted without alteration and in its entirety, in PDF form only. Screenshots will not be accepted.
    For self-employed individuals: The 2021 personal filed tax returns (accepted through April 18, 2023, only) will serve as acceptable proof of income. From April 19, 2023, your 2022 filed tax return will be required. Drafts or unfiled personal tax returns will not be accepted.
    If you are not employed: Three months of the most recent statements (Dated within the most recent 3-month period) showing available funds. To calculate the required total liquid asset balance for the past three months, multiply the property's rental rate by 3 and then by 12.
    If you are a recipient of Section 8: Please provide your voucher.
    For any taxable income sources not listed above: Please upload your documents for the Property Manager to review.
    Documentation for pets or aid animals must be dated within the past 12 months and provided by a veterinarian. The documentation should include the pet's weight, spay/neuter status, current vaccinations, breed, approximate age, and a current photo.

Please note that if any of the above-mentioned documents are missing, your application will not be considered until the information is added.
